The Spinney Extra Care Facility at Thorney Road, Eye, Peterborough provides a 52 unit Extra Care development, comprising a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments with supplementary resident amenity spaces. 12 Close Care bungalows, set within a new residential developed by Larkfleet Homes, also surround the main building.

The Spinney is the second Extra Care development undertaken for Axiom Housing Association, by brp architects, following on from the successful Pavilions scheme at Alma Road, Peterborough completed in June 2008.
