The development is a rural exception site and was identified by East Midlands Housing Group as part of their commitment to providing affordable housing in and around the villages of the East Midlands. Comprising of a mixture of rental and shared ownership in a combination of two and three bedroom houses together with a two bed roomed bungalow. The completed houses are being managed as part of Three Oaks Homes housing stock.
