Nicky Morgan, Member of Parliament for Loughborough offered a response in praising the doctors, brp architects, the developers and design team for preserving the old building and bringing its use fully up to date to offer services to the local community of a high quality.

After the formalities came to an end the attendees were invited to tour the facility. It was interesting to see the positive responses of those who were seeing the building in its rejuvenated state for the first time. It was a joy to hear local residents who used to attend the school recounting stories of their past experiences and revelling at the careful preservation of the buildings character whilst providing modern medical facilities that has seen the building return as a key element of the local community.

From brp architects perspective this project has been a journey from inception through to completion that has been challenging due to its nature but one of the most rewarding projects that the office has ever undertaken and this has been rewarded with the enthusiastic response of the doctors, staff, patients and ex-pupils to the finished product.

brp architects would like to give credit to all involved in this project.
